View our rental rates for weekdays and weekends listed below. When you are ready to inquire about a booking for an available date, here are the steps to book.

Weekday Venue Rental (Daytime)

Monday – Friday

8am – 4pm

$50/Hour

Weekday Venue Rental (Evening)

Monday – Thursday

3pm – 10pm

$55/Hour

Friday Venue Rental (Evening)

FriYAY Special Rate

5pm – 10pm

$175 – 3 hour rental (plus 2 hours of set up and 1 hour of cleanup)

Saturday Daytime Rental – 11am – 2pm

Saturday AM

$350 Rental Rate

Includes 3 hours of rental time, 3 free hours of set up and 1 free hour of clean up

Saturday Evening Rental – 5pm or later

Saturday PM

$225 Rental Rate

Includes 3 hour of rental time, 1 free hour of set up and 1 free hour of clean up

A Message From The Owner

Hi! I’m Courtney, the Owner of 1631 Venue. When I opened the doors in the summer of 2022, I wanted to ensure our guests had an affordable event venue option. Pricing reflects my desire to offer an inclusive space that offers ample set up and clean up time, with amenities designed to reduce the stress of hosting an event. 1631 Venue is a DIY (do it yourself) venue that does not include event planning or decor. Event planning is time consuming and gets expensive, so I opted to provide all the tables and chairs, minimal design elements and a welcoming space where our guests could bring decor, food and drink, and customize their celebratory experience.

Cleaning Fee – $75 – $100

The venue is professionally cleaned after each use, which includes wiping down/disinfecting all surfaces (tables, chairs, floor, etc.), vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathroom, etc. Cleaning fees are based on number of guests.
