We don’t charge for set up or clean up
When we opened 1631 Venue, we wanted to offer a venue that was affordable, turn key and offered a stress-fee set up. That’s why our clients receive 2 complimentary hours for set up (immediately before event) and 1 complimentary hour for clean up. That’s 3 hours we are not charging our clients for. We decided to offer complimentary set up and clean up, because we know how stressful setting up can be, and we don’t want our guests to feel rushed.

Cleaning Fee – $100
The venue is professionally cleaned after each use, which includes wiping down/disinfecting all surfaces (tables, chairs, floor, etc.), vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathroom, etc.
