With just over 1k square ft of space and free parking, to on site table, chair and linen rentals, 1631 can accommodate company parties of up to 50 guests (seated) or 75 guests (standing with flow through).
Space
Over 1k square feet of space, featuring light walls, Edison lights, chandeliers and minimalist elements. 1631 is like a blank canvas! Select decor and color schemes unique to your party.
Amenities
Although 1631 is considered a smaller and more intimate venue, that doesn't mean amenities are lacking. From free parking, high speed wifi, a dedicated fridge/freezer, prep space and an on-site host to greet you, we've ensured your experience is top notch.

From tables for displaying food and beverages, to round tables, linens, folding white chairs and more, we offer everything necessary to host a wonderful holiday party for your team.

We are passionate about hospitality and offer all the bells and whistles to dazzle guests. From pour it yourself bars, to TIPS Certified Bartenders, catering staff and alcohol consulting, we will ensure your holiday party is a hit!
2023 Holiday Party Rental Rates
Weekdays (Monday – Friday) – $55 per hour
Minimum: 2 hour booking
Includes: 1 hour of set up and 1 hour of clean up, 2 food tables, up to 7 round tables, seating for up to 50 guests, hedge wall, free wifi, edison lights, 2 five ft skinny wooden tables, 1 white wooden 4 ft table, 1 eight ft farmhouse table.
What isn’t included?
We do not include linens, table runners, or decor beyond what is already in the venue. Each event will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
Weekend Rates:
Our weekend rates are standard $100 per hour (3 hour minimum).
