There’s no better way to get in the holiday spirit than learning some new holiday entertaining tricks and tips. You will learn how to build your own charcuterie board, design tips, which ingredients work best and how to create a stunning holiday display from charcuterie extraordinnaire, Aubrey Cummings, owner of Cast Ironing Catering. Yes, you even get to make your own take home charcuterie kit! Afterwards, you will enjoy a holiday cocktail workshop presented by Chesapeake Bartenders. Wow guests (or yourself!) and perfect the following recipes:

  • Orange Chocolate Old Fashioned
  • S’mores Espresso Martini
  • Ginger Pomegranate Margarita

We will also do a winter sangria demonstration to show you how to make a beautiful and festive batch of sangria at home!

(alcohol cost is built into the price, but in order to adhere to state liquor laws, we will have our alcohol distributor bill you directly for the cost of alcohol via email. You will receive a separate email to pay for the alcohol – amount not to exceed $20 ).
